1. Return Policy

1.1 Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
1.2 Pigments and paintings must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued for customer-inflicted damage.
1.3 Free samples and custom or personalized paintings are not eligible for returns.
1.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the return, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.
2.4 In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.
3.2 If an item was received damaged or incorrect, exchanges will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.
